The No. 1 ball mill of a mine's mineral processing plant, previously due to the original gear vice mechanical failure led to the inability to work properly to protect the production line, so the subsequent replacement for CITIC Heavy Industry's open gear pair and small teeth on both sides of the bearing. After the new replacement gear pair, the owner also wanted to take the opportunity to improve the ball mill site environment, the original use of fluid grease, the site grease black, the environment does not look good, clean up waste grease is also relatively laborious. In order to solve the problem, U.LUBE team recommended using U.LUBE ET O-OG C-F3 pure oil type open gear operating lubricant to replace the original fluid grease, visually the pure oil is transparent, the site looks better, improve the site environment and also facilitate the waste oil It is also convenient to clean up and recycle.
After replacing the pure oil, U.LUBE service team technicians regularly made continuous follow-up observation on the effect of using the No.1 mill open gear lubricant.
