A paper mill currently has a total of 10 hot fans, it is inconvenient to refuel every day because of the high temperature, as well as grease loss is large. The U.LUBE team found that the bearings of the heaters are SKF2315 bearings with shaft diameters of 75(ID)and 160(OD), respectively, and a speed of 2980 rpm. Using a temperature gun to measure the bearing seat temperature of 140-150 ℃, the bearing seat temperature will rise to about 170 ℃ in the case of less normal work, according to this projection, the actual temperature of the bearing under normal circumstances should be 160-170 ℃, they currently using a brand of 220 grease, basically every day need to replenish the grease, from the scene, the environment is under dust, with grease loss and other phenomena.
