Before and after the oil change, there was no big difference in the external environment temperature, the cooling water was good, the feeding temperature was balanced, and the working pressure and current were stable and consistent, etc. The temperature of the roller press bearings decreased to a certain extent by the thermal imager before and after the use of U.LUBE grease.
Before the oil change, the bearing temperature of the roller press was 47.6℃ at the highest, the equipment high temperature alarm, bearing wear and maintenance workload, after the oil change, the temperature of the dynamic roller bearing on the rear non-driven side of the roller press decreased to a certain extent, while the temperature of the four bearings remained within a reasonable temperature range, the temperature was 40℃ at the highest, the temperature and working pressure of the roller bearing remained normal, and no abnormal phenomena such as high temperature alarm/jump stop occurred. It shows that the bearing lubrication is good, which ensures the long-term stable operation of the roller press and reduces a lot of maintenance work.
