某纸厂目前共有热风机10台，由于温度高每天加油比较不方便，以及油脂损耗大。经优润(U.LUBE)团队现场调研发现，热风机轴承为SKF2315轴承，轴径分别为：内径75，外径160，转速2980转/分钟。使用测温枪测轴承座温度为140-150℃，在工作不太正常的情况下轴承座温度会升到170℃左右，据此推算，轴承的实际温度正常情况下应该在160-170℃，目前使用的油脂为某牌的220油脂，基本上每天都需补加油脂，从现场看，环境中灰尘较多，油脂出现流失等现象。
